Founder: Dipl.-Inf. Philipp Beyer

From the very beginning of his career in 2006, Philipp Beyer’s passion has been rooted in the world of embedded systems. After completing his training as an electronics technician and earning a degree in computer science from Kempten University, his professional journey began with research into real-time communication on Linux at Siemens.

His enthusiasm for Linux led him to the CODESYS Group, where he developed Linux integration for PLC systems (CODESYS V3+). In addition, he worked as a consultant and trainer for numerous national and international clients, sharing his expertise widely.

Philipp’s career then expanded across various roles in industry, both in Germany and Switzerland. At Liebherr, he focused on test frameworks and bootloaders, while at Eaton ICPD, he built a Linux platform for automation technology from the ground up and later led its development as a Lead Engineer.

As his career progressed, Philipp took on responsibility for the strategic planning and management of complex embedded platforms. As Platform Manager at Kistler and later as Director Group Platform at Bobst (on Lake Geneva), he led teams of up to 50 developers. Philipp helped these organizations future-proof their operations by driving organizational restructuring and implementing agile development methodologies such as the SAFe framework and Scrum.

With his extensive expertise and unwavering commitment, Philipp has been instrumental in advancing innovative and reliable embedded solutions while building teams and strategies that set new standards in the industry.


